- A GoCo Template is either a Workflow Template, a Performance Template, a Report Template, a Document Template, a Messages Template, or a GoCo Recipe Template.

- What is a template bundle?

A Template Bundle is purposefully built to work end-to-end for a specific use case.
Anatomically, it is either a single Template uploaded to the Marketplace or a group of two (2) or more Templates uploaded to the Marketplace in one package. A Template bundle can be comprised of multiple of the same type of Template or it can be a combination of different Templates.

- Where can I find template bundles?
- In the GoCo Marketplace, you can filter to just view templates or you can filter by category and view all templates, apps, & integrations in that category.

- Do templates cost money?
- You do not have to pay for specific templates or template bundles, however, some template bundles require you to have the add-on (unlimited workflows, performance management). If you do not have these add-ons yet, you will be prompted to upgrade your GoCo plan before you can install the template bundle.
- How do I request a template bundle?
- GoCo loves to hear client feedback, so if you ever have an idea for a template bundle, simply find the button in your Marketplace navigation tabs for "Request Apps/Templates". You will be redirected to fill out a form with your idea and GoCo will take it from there!

- Can I customize the template once installed?
- Yes, of course! We encourage you to review and tailor the template to your company’s unique needs and processes before using it. Check out this article for more information on customizing your templates.
- Where do I find the templates once installed?
- Templates will be found in the GoCo app that they are involved in. Workflow templates will be found in the Workflows app underneath the Templates section. Performance review templates will be found under the Performance Management app in the Settings section. Reports will be found in the Reports app.
