Team Page Overview (Admin POV)

Learn how to manage employees, track invites, and customize views within the Teams Page. This guide covers the Directory, Org Chart, Invites Tab, and additional tools to help you stay organized.

Navigating the GoCo Teams Page

The Teams Page in GoCo is your central hub for managing employees, tracking invites, and organizing team views for better visibility. Whether you're an admin overseeing the entire team or a manager focusing on direct reports, the Teams Page provides the tools you need to stay organized.

Key Sections of the Teams Page

The Teams Page is divided into three main sections:

1. Directory

  • Displays all active employees in your organization.
  • Employees and managers see a limited version that excludes personal details of coworkers.
  • Includes filters for Direct Reports, Indirect Reports, and Everyone Else for easy navigation.Screenshot 2025-02-19 at 11.44.11 PM
  • Additional Features

    • Search Bar: Quickly find employees by name or role.
    • Filters: Narrow down views by department, direct reports, or other criteria.
    • Sorting: by First Name, Last Name, Job Title
    • Grid vs. Card View: Use the grid button to switch between different display formats for easier navigation.

2. Org Chart

  • Provides a visual representation of your company’s hierarchy.
  • Helps understand team structure and reporting relationships.
  • Can be downloaded if needed.
  • Can use drop-down filter to easily locate employees.
  • Visibility can be restricted through the Permissions app.

3. Invites Tab (Admin Access Only)

  • Tracks and manages invitations for new employees.
  • Sections include:
    • Needs Invite: Employees who haven’t received an invite.
    • Invited: Employees who were invited but haven’t accepted.
    • Missing Info: Employees who need key details (e.g., email or SSN) before they can be invited.
  • Allows admins to send, track, resend, and cancel invites as needed. For more information on the Invites tab, check out this help article.

The Team Widget (Employee Homepage)

In addition to the Teams Page, GoCo offers the Team Widget, a customizable feature on each employee's homepage.Screenshot 2025-02-20 at 12.49.39 PM

  • By default, it displays "Last Accessed", but you can filter by:
    • My Department
    • My Direct Reports
    • All Employees
