- eNPS Score is calculated using a 90-day rolling average of the eNPS Calculation.
- eNPS Participation Rate is calculated using a 90-day rolling calculation of users who have completed at least one (1) survey question/total number of EE’s surveyed.
You will see your eNPS distribution, broken down by Promoters, Passives, & Detractors.
- eNPS Distribution shows your breakdown of Promoters, Passives, and Detractors for the current month – and the three (3) previous months.
- 'Promoters' are employees who have given a score of 9 or 10 on the eNPS survey, indicating a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- An eNPS greater than 0 represents a net positive score.
And finally you will see your overall engagment score & it's trend.
Analysis Tab
Your Analysis tab will show more in depth information. Here you'll again find your eNPS Score, however you will now also see a Score Trend & be able to break it down by dates & department.
You'll see the your a widget for your engagment as well, including your score & it's trend again but also the breakdown of engagment by theme. Here you can also break down by dates, theme, & department.
You'll also see the Comparison Widget. This lets you compare rows of data (groupings) across thematic columns. The rows of Target Benchmark and your results for the entire organization are always present in the first two rows.
The Target Benchmark is a fixed reference point that we are advising all Companies to aspire toward.
The results from your organization are the average of all values for your company.
🌟Hint: Green cells are desirable values. Red cells are undesirable values. These colors will use the Target Benchmark as a reference.
Click on a theme to reorder that section. You can also export this information if needed.
Lastly, the Feedback widget lets you see the optional feedback that your EE’s have provided in their surveys. This data is sorted from Newest to Oldest. The bolded text is the question, the text below it is the EE feedback, the tags in the bottom right hand corner reflect which ‘theme’ the question was from and what department the EE was from.
This information can also be exported if needed.
