How do I set Document Expiration Dates?
Keeping track of document expiration dates can be a headache, so GoCo makes it easy! Keep reading to learn how to set expiration dates for all documents.
Setting Expiration Dates for Uploaded Documents
When uploading any existing document to a team member's profile, you will be asked if this document has an expiration date. Simply input the date & let GoCo take care of the rest!
Setting Expiration Dates for Magic Docs
When setting up a Magic Document, to add an expiration date you will need to add a document assignee to "Acknowledge" the document.
When the document is in use & it is ready for that user's step, they will be prompted to both acknowledge the document & set an expiration date if needed.
Once the expiration date is around the corner, they will be notified.
Reminders for Expiration Dates
Now that your expiration dates are set you will be reminded both 30 days out & on the day that they expire. You will receive this notification in your inbox & it will be sent to both the document assignee for that step and/or the full access admin.
