Sent when hiring a new employee / contractor.
You can decide to send or not send this email during hiring.

Sent to a manager when a team member submits a time off request.

The frequency can be customized by the user by going to My Account from the top right, and going to Notifications.

Benefit Eligibility Alert

Send to a team member after they've finished onboarding and is eligible to enroll in benefits.

Email Content:

Hi John,

Congrats! You just finished onboarding on GoCo and it looks like you’re eligible to enroll in benefits. Lucky you!

Start enrolling in benefits now.

You technically have until Nov 16, 2017 to select your benefits, but it’s a good idea to select them sooner because you’ll get your insurance cards faster and your deductions will be more evenly spaced out on your paychecks.

Sent to the billing contact set for the company. This email can be configured by going to Company / Company Billing / Billing Info and editing Billing Contact Email.

GoCo will send billing emails for:
