How do I change my email notification preferences?

  1. Log into your GoCo account.
  2. Navigate to the top right of your screen and click on the arrow next to your name. Then select My Account:

3. Choose Notifications. From there, you'll have the option to select *Once Per Day or *Once Per Notification. After making your selection, be sure to choose Update Notification Preferences.

*Once Per Day: This setting will deliver a single email notification summarizing outstanding tasks. This email is sent in the morning ONLY if there is a new task. If you sent a document to an employee today, and this was their notification email setting, they wouldn't get an email until the following day. You can log into GoCo to review outstanding items, by clicking the bell on the top right of your profile.

*One Per Notification: This setting will deliver an individual email notifications each time a task is generated. This notification will only be sent one time. You can log into GoCo to review outstanding items, by clicking the bell on the top right of your profile.
