- What is Two-Factor Authentication?
- It is an extra security measure that you can enable so that when your employees are logging into GoCo, they are prompted to verify their identity. Click here to find out more!
- How do I set up a Two-Factor authentication method?
- You will be prompted to set this up when logging into GoCo for the first time.
- Can I disable Two-Factor Authentication?
- All GoCo users are always required to use two-Factor Authentication.
- Can I reset my own Two-Factor Authentication?
- To completely reset Two-Factor Authentication, you will have to reach out to your Full Access Admin to do so (this might be if you lost the device you have GoCo connected to and cannot log in).
- How do I update my Two-Factor Authentication?
- If you are able to log in & simply want to update your Two-Factor Authentication to go to a different phone number or app, visit your employee account settings.
