How do GoCo's Time Rounding Rules work?
Wondering how GoCo's Time Tracking rounding rules work, keep reading to find out how!
GoCo doesn’t round the time of day you clock in. Instead, it rounds how long you were clocked in for.
Example:
If you clocked in at 8:32 AM and clocked out at 11:45 AM - the duration between those two entries would be 3 hours and 13 minutes.
The Rounding Rules impact the 3 hours and 13 minutes, NOT the time in/out. So rounding to the nearest 15 minutes, in this case, would pay out for 3 hours and 15 minutes, versus 3 hours and 13 minutes.
