How do I update Goals and Milestones?
If you've set a goal in the past and are looking to track/update your progress, GoCo offers a seamless and efficient way to do so! Simply head to the Performance section and locate the Goals tab.
Full Access Admins and Managers can filter the Goals page by their own goals and those of their direct reports. Employees will only be able to filter by status.
📌 Pro Tip: By hovering your mouse over the user icon, you can easily see whether the goal was created by the employee or the manager.
To update a goal, simply click on the goal you want to update. This will open a drawer on the right side of the screen for you to make changes.
As you make updates to your milestones, the progress bar and status will automatically adjust accordingly!
