      Need to quickly reference employee information while completing a performance review? Our side panel + AI-generated summaries are here to streamline the process and save you time!

      We are excited to introduce a new feature in GoCo's Performance Reviews: the Employee Information Side Panel. This addition is designed to streamline your review process by providing quick and easy access to essential employee information, all without leaving the review page.

      How the Employee Information Side Panel Works

      Whether you are completing your own performance review or evaluating an employee's review as a manager, the new side panel is available to help you stay informed and efficient. Here’s what you can do:

      1. Access the Side Panel:

      2. Explore the Four Tabs:

      AI-Generated summaries: Our new AI-powered tool will provide summaries and extract key information, making it easier to complete reviews accurately and efficiently.
