How do I start a workflow?

After building workflows, start them for any employee at any time!

1. When logging into GoCo, Admins will see a tab on the left hand side labeled “Workflows"Screen Shot 2021-10-19 at 5.54.21 PM

 

2. You will then navigate and select “Start Workflow”

(P.S. when a FAA starts a workflow, it means the selected workflow begins now, if you are looking to schedule a workflow in advance click here here)

3. Select the workflow that needs to be completed by the team member(s) and click continue:

4. Next select which team members you wish to start this workflow for and complete any Start Tasks that are required:

5. Once you start the workflow you will see the workflow assigned to the team member(s) on the overview dashboard still in progress.

Select a team member assigned and you will be able to navigate the workflow tab where admins can view tasks assigned to the team member(s) in this workflow.

All the team members that were selected for the specific workflow will now receive notifications to their accounts and emails that they have a new task that needs to be completed, and the progress for each team member can be tracked by admins in the Workflow Overview dashboard.
