How do I complete a Team Survey?

In this article, we will walk employees through the step-by-step instructions on how to successfully complete a survey in GoCo.

Team Surveys are used by organizations to enable real-time feedback, and improve employee engagement. Employees will be able to access the surveys conveniently through their GoCo Inbox and Work Email.

When accessing the survey by work email, simply follow the link that prompts you to log in to GoCo. Once you're logged in, you'll be directed to your employee homepage where you can easily find the survey in the "Inbox Notifications" section or by clicking on the notification icon in the upper right-hand corner.

Once you click on either notification, you will be taken to your inbox. On the right side of the screen, a pop-up will appear, guiding you to the "Take the survey" link.Screenshot 2024-01-22 at 6.00.17 PM

 Note: All surveys submissions are confidential 

 

The following page will direct you to begin taking the survey.

Once you are finished with your survey you will receive a thank you message.

To exit the screen after completing the survey, simply click on the "Close" button. This will close the survey window and return you to your employee inbox.
