In this article, we will walk employees through the step-by-step instructions on how to successfully complete a survey in GoCo.
Team Surveys are used by organizations to enable real-time feedback, and improve employee engagement. Employees will be able to access the surveys conveniently through their GoCo Inbox and Work Email.
When accessing the survey by work email, simply follow the link that prompts you to log in to GoCo. Once you're logged in, you'll be directed to your employee homepage where you can easily find the survey in the "Inbox Notifications" section or by clicking on the notification icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Once you click on either notification, you will be taken to your inbox. On the right side of the screen, a pop-up will appear, guiding you to the "Take the survey" link.
Note: All surveys submissions are confidential
The following page will direct you to begin taking the survey.
Once you are finished with your survey you will receive a thank you message.
To exit the screen after completing the survey, simply click on the "Close" button. This will close the survey window and return you to your employee inbox.
Mobile Experience
- Start by opening up the GoCo app on your mobile device and log in to your account. Upon logging in, use the navigation tab at the bottom of the screen to locate the Home page. Once on the Home page, you can find the survey in your Inbox Notifications section. You can also access the survey by clicking on the notification icon in the navigation tab at the bottom.
- After locating the survey in which you need to complete, click into the notification allowing you to see this view, and click on the link where it says “Take the survey".
- The link to the survey will open up in a web browser. To start the survey, click the blue “Begin survey”.
- Go through each section of the survey, and once finished, you will see this page! Then you’re done, and you can close the survey.
