Authorizing GoCo's Embedded Payroll Parter Gusto in MyconneCT:

Step one: Check to see if your myconneCT portal shows “Withholding Tax”
- Sign in to your myconneCT account.
- Click your business name.
- Under your Accounts tab, check if “Withholding Tax” appears—if you do not see it, follow the steps below to add it.
- If you do see it, Gusto should be able to get the access we need as long as certain company details match (on the agency and Gusto's side):
- Company Name
- FEIN
- Address

Step two: Add “Withholding Tax” to your DOR account
Follow the steps below
- Sign in to your myconneCT account.
- Click your business name.
- Click More…
- Under “Taxpayer Updates”, select Add Additional Accounts and Locations.
- Read all the instructions, then click Next.
- Select the applicable Registration Reason, then click Next.
- Select Income Tax Withholding, then click Next.
- Answer the questions on the next page, then click Next.
- Click Next again.
- Sign with your name and title, then click Submit.
Step three: Notify GoCo Payroll Support
Once you complete TPA authorization, email support@goco.io to confirm this is complete.

To authorize GoCo Embedded's Payroll Partner Gusto, you'll first need to get set up in the new ReEmployCT agency portal. If you need help, call the agency directly at (860) 263-6470.
Head to the ReEmployCT portal to register or create a user ID and password for already registered employers.

- If you created a CT DOL employer account before July 5, 2022, under “Existing Employers”, click Create User ID and Password.
- You'll be asked to enter the first eight digits of your Employer Account Number (EAN). The EAN is your 7-digit registration number assigned in the old system plus a trailing zero.
- For example: 12-345-67 becomes 12-34567-0.
- Gusto handles the rest of the requirements for setting up third-party authorization (TPA).
