Registration Process

Just hired your first employee in a new state or local jurisdiction?
Or have you received a notice requesting tax details for a new account?

The links below will take you directly to the tax authority sites where you can register for new payroll tax accounts quickly and easily.

  1. SIT Registration:
    1. Registration Link: Register via Colorado Department of Revenue
    2. If you need a Paper Registration Link https://tax.colorado.gov/CR0100 
  1. SUI Registration:
    1. Registration Link: Register via MyUI Employer 
  1. PFML Registration  
    1. Registration Link: Register via Login.gov 

Third- Party Administrator (TPA)

SIT 

  1. Sign in to your account through the Revenue Online portal
  2. In the top-right section of the page, click Manage my profile
  3. Click the More... tab. 
  4. Select Grant Third Party Access in the access tile. 
  5. Provide the following information: 
  6. Gusto's login: compliance@gusto.com 
  7. Access Level: ALL ACCESS 
  8. Access Start Date: Enter the first day of the first quarter you have a check date in Gusto for. 
    Example: If your first check date was February 14, 2022, enter 1/1/2022 (Q1 start date). 
  9. Once confirmed you are complete

SUI 

  1. Sign in to your MyUI Employer+ account. 
  2. On the homepage, from the left-hand menu, click the Account Maintenance dropdown. 
  3. Select the Third Party Administrator (TPA) authorization link. 
  4. Note: This page shows existing TPAs and allows you to modify or add new ones. 
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click New
  6. On the "Assign Third Party Administrator (TPA)" page, enter GoCo's Embedded Payroll Partner Gusto's TPA ID: 500003429
  7. Click Next
  8. Under the “TPA Details” section: 
  9. Enter the TPA Services Begin Date (must start at the beginning of a calendar quarter: January, April, July, or October). 
  10. The “TPA Services End Date” is optional. 
  11. Under the “Un-Assigned Roles” section, select ONLY the following roles: 
  12. Edit Employment and Wage Detail 
  13. Edit Tax Payments, Update and Submit 
  14. View Rate Notice and Voluntary Contribution role 
  15. Do not add roles for Benefits, Workshare, or Mailing. 
  16. Click Save
  17. GoCo's Embedded Payroll Partner Gusto should now have access to your account. 

💡TIP: To modify the TPA, click Modify under the “Third Party Administrator (TPA)” Information section.

PFML 

  1. Sign in to your MyFAMLI+ Employer account. 
  2. In the “Manage my account” section, select Manage Accounts
  3. If you do not see this section, call the agency at (866) 263-2654 for assistance. 
  4. In the “Account name” column of the table, select your company’s tax account. 
  5. Use the “Search” box if you can’t find your account. 
  6. In the “Third Party Administrator” section (scroll down to find it), select Add
  7. In the “TPA Account” section, enter the following information: 
  8. Select Account: Gusto, Inc. (FEIN ending 2850) 
  9. Start Date: The first day of the quarter you’re authorizing GoCo Embedded Payroll Patner Gusto to file and pay on your behalf in Colorado. 
  10. Click Save
  11. Confirm your info is correct and select Yes, add TPA
  12. Email support@goco.io to let us know you have granted access.
