SIT (State Income Tax):

Registration Process: 

Power of Attorney (POA): 

  • SIT POA Required: Yes, it is required. Necessary forms will be sent during your payroll onboarding 
  • SUI POA Required: Yes, it is required. Necessary forms will be sent during your payroll onboarding 

Third-Party Administrator (TPA): 

  • TPA Required for SIT: Necessary forms will be sent during your payroll onboarding

  • SUI Updates: 
    Process: Download and complete the Name and Address Change Request form, then fax or mail it to the address provided on the form. Alternatively, call the California Unemployment Insurance Call Center and select Option 4.
