How do I see who has completed Open Enrollment?

You can view the progress of employees' Open Enrollment via the Open Enrollment Dashboard:

  1. From the Company page, click View on the Benefits card:

    1. Banner: enrollment schedule 
    2. Enrollment Status: Eligible vs. Non-Eligible employees, which employees have finished vs who haven't.

    5. Email Team: send an email to team members participating in this open enrollment

If open enrollment is not active, but I want to see a new hire's enrollment window where do I go?

If there is an open window for a new hire that you recently acquired, simply visit the team member's profile and you'll find a banner at the top of the page or you can also click on the Benefits tab.Screenshot 2024-06-17 at 3.45.04 PM-1

How do I see a closed enrollment? 

Navigate to Open Enrollments (as shown at the beginning of this article) and select "Show past open enrollments".

Note: you can access all windows going back to the start of GoCo but can't edit them

Upon selecting "View" on the desired enrollment window, the enrollment dashboard for that specific period will open. At the top of the page, a banner will display the closure date of the enrollment window, along with a list of all employees who participated during that enrollment period.

What do employees see when an open enrollment window is open? 

Employees will be prompted to enroll in benefits through a banner displayed at the top of their "Employee Homepage" and on their "My Profile" page.
