[Admin] How do I see who has completed Open Enrollment?

You can view the progress of employees' Open Enrollment via the Open Enrollment Dashboard:

1. From the Company page, click Manage on the Open Enrollment card: 

2. Click Open Enrollments in the top vertical menu then View:

3. From the Open Enrollment Dashboard you can view the Open Enrollment schedule, Eligible vs. Non-Eligible employees, which employees have finished vs who hasn't and their contact information:

If open enrollment is not active, but I want to see a new hire's enrollment window where do I go?

If there is an open window for a new hire that you recently acquired simply visit the team member's profile and you'll find a banner at the top of the page or you can also click on the Benefits tab.

How do I see a closed enrollment? 

Navigate to the desired team member's profile, select the Benefits tab, select Enrollments, and then select the particular window you want to view (you can access all windows going back to their start w/GoCo but can't edit them).
