Why didn't I get my FSA / HSA / Commuter Benefits Card?

You'll receive a card in the mail within 1-2 weeks from your account set-up. This card will be mailed to your home address that's listed in GoCo.

If you've had online access to your Accrue account for 2 weeks and still don't have your card:

1. Double-check your mail.  For security purposes, your FSA / HSA / Commuter Benefits card will come in an unmarked envelope so it's easy to miss!
   
2. Make sure your address is correct in your GoCo profile.

If you don't have online access yet, your account is still being setup. Please reach out to the HR admin at your company or your manager for help.
