  • Document Received Manager
    • When you send a document for your Direct Report to complete, but you and/or the admin needs to complete first, you will receive this notification:

  • Document Verification Manager
    • As soon as the employee has completed a document you sent them, you need to acknowledge that you have reviewed the document. The notification looks just like the one shown in the screenshot above.

Time Tracking

As a manager, you're able to see when your direct reports clock in or out of work. If your direct report forget to clock out of work, you will receive the following email:

  • Subject: [Employee's Name] has been clocked in for over 24 hours
