Why can't I request time off?

If you're not able to submit a time off request in GoCo once you're logged in it's likely due to one of these reasons:

• Your company doesn't have a time off policy set up in GoCo.
• Your company has a waiting period for their time-off policy set-up within GoCo.
• You are not eligible for your company's time-off policy in GoCo.

Check with your manager and/or company admin and they'll be able to let you know what's going on.
