What Company Level Benefit Reports can I pull?

Managing employee benefits efficiently is crucial for both compliance and employee satisfaction. Check out this help article to learn what reports are available in GoCo & how to access them. 

What permissions are needed to access these reports?

To access the following reports, you will need access to download Benefit reports - this could be a Benefit processor, a Full Access Admin, or a user that has been given the "Can Download" permission in the "Permissions" app.

How to Navigate to your Benefit Reports

From any page in GoCo, use the navigation tabs on the left side of your screen to access the Reports app. 

Screenshot 2024-07-26 at 3.18.40 PMReports are broken down into Standard Reports & Custom Reports. You'll find all Benefit reports nestled underneath the "Benefits" tab.

Now simply select your report & input the required information for that report type to generate it. For example, for a Benefit Changes report, you'll be asked to fill out a date range, select which carriers & lines you'd like to view, & if you'd like to include passive enrollments in your report.

Report Types

  • Benefit Changes
    View all changes to team's benefit coverage.
  • Benefit Enrollment Census
    All team members and dependents enrolled in benefits
  • Benefit Deductions
    All team member benefit deductions.
  • Health Coverage by Month
    All team members and dependents eligible for health benefits by month.
  • HSA Application Forms
    Download all the applications for Health Savings Accounts
  • Enrollment Activity Report 
    Show a list of all enrollments, included enrollment method and enrollment date.
