Troubleshooting Geofencing Issues in Time Tracking
This guide helps identify and resolve common issues with the geofencing feature in Time Tracking. Use the troubleshooting steps below based on how you're accessing the system.
1. Logging in via Mobile Browser
- Ensure a strong Wi-Fi connection or a stable cellular signal.
- Grant location services permissions to your browser.

2. Logging in via Mobile App
- Ensure a strong Wi-Fi connection or a stable cellular signal.
- Verify that location services permissions are enabled for the mobile app.
- Typically you will find this in your phone Settings > GoCo App > Location
3. Logging in via Desktop
- Ensure a strong Wi-Fi connection or connect to the internet via an Ethernet cable.
- Grant location services permissions to your browser and device.
Note: Google Chrome is the most compatible browser for GoCo.

4. If the Log In/Out Button Keeps Spinning
This indicates GoCo cannot find your location. To resolve this:
- Verify that all location permissions are granted for GoCo.
- Double-check your device and browser settings.
