Trouble Accessing Your 2FA Code?

If you're having trouble logging in due to two-factor authentication (2FA) issues—like not receiving a code or changing your phone number—you're not alone. Here's what to do:

I’m not receiving my 2FA code or I’ve changed my phone number

If you no longer have access to your 2FA device, or you're not receiving your authentication code, you’ll need help resetting your 2FA.

How to Get Help

To reset your 2FA, you have two options:

  • Contact your HR Admin – They may be able to assist you directly.

  • Contact the GoCo Support Team – Call us at 512-580-4626.
    Support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM CST.

❗️ Please note: For security purposes, we must verify your identity over the phone before resetting your 2FA.

What Happens Next?

Once your 2FA is reset and you log in, you’ll be prompted to set up 2FA again.

If you've changed your phone number, please make sure to update it in your GoCo profile:

  1. Navigate to Your Profile

  2. Find the Contact Information section

  3. Click Edit to update your phone number

To keep things running smoothly, make sure your contact info is always up to date in your profile.
