The new Pre-Enrollment Landing Page is an enhancement to our benefits administration feature. This update allows administrators to display important pre-enrollment content to employees before they make their benefits selections, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
How to Use the Pre-Enrollment Landing Page
Please note: Most administrators will need to contact the GoCo team to enable this feature.

Navigate to Benefits Administration in your admin dashboard.

Click the policies tab and select the benefit line where you want to enable pre-enrollment content.

On Step 9, enable the Pre-Enrollment Landing Page option.

Customize the content to provide employees with key details about their benefits before they enroll. Note that you can add, images, videos, links and attach documents.

"Save & Continue" the pre-enrollment content to ensure employees receive accurate and useful information.

Use Case 1: Providing General Plan Benefits Education
A company wants to ensure employees understand their plan benefits before enrollment begins. By using the Pre-Enrollment Landing Page, HR can provide educational resources, such as FAQs, videos, and plan summaries, giving employees time to review their options before making selections.
