What Notifications will Managers see?

Managers at your organization will receive notifications to both their GoCo inbox and their preferred contact method. Check out some types of notifications they might receive, here!

Inbox Notifications

Notifications regarding Documents

  • Document Received
    • When you send a document for your Direct Report to complete, but you and/or the admin need to complete their portion first, you will receive this notification:

  • Document Verification Manager
    • As soon as the employee has completed a document you sent them, you need to acknowledge that you have reviewed the document.

Employee Clocked In Warnings

  • As a manager, you're able to see when your direct reports clock in or out of work. If your direct report forgets to clock out of work, you will receive the following email:
    • Subject: [Employee's Name] has been clocked in for over 24 hours
