Completing Documents in GoCo
Have you been assigned a document to complete in GoCo? Look no further, a step-by-step guide to completing documents in GoCo.
When you log into GoCo, you will see a notification in your Inbox stating, "You have documents that need your attention."
You can also find pending documents by navigating to the Documents section in your profile. Documents requiring action will be labeled "Incomplete" with a "Start" button.
💡 Pro Tip: Hover over the "Incomplete" label to see whose step the document is waiting on.
How to Complete Your Document

Open the Document
- Click on the notification in your Inbox, or
- Go to Documents in your profile and click "Start" on the incomplete document.

Identify Required Fields
- At the top of the page, you’ll see the number of required fields you need to complete.
- Click "Start" to begin filling out the document.

Complete & Submit
- Fill out all required fields.
- Click "Finish" once you've completed all necessary fields.
💡 Pro Tip: If you're unsure which fields still need to be completed, click "Next Field" at the bottom right of the screen. This will guide you to the next required field.
What Happens Next?
- If additional approvals or steps are required, the document will remain in "In Progress" status.
- Once fully completed, a green checkmark will appear, indicating the document is finalized.
