How do I connect GoCo to Checkr?
Integrate with Checkr to initiate background checks seamlessly from within GoCo. If you're a new client to Checkr a promo code is available in the steps below.
- Navigate to the Marketplace from the left side navigation or by selecting view on the Marketplace card.
- From there you'll find a list of all of GoCo's Apps & Integrations. Checkr is listed in Preferred (default view) or in Background Checks.
- Click the blue +Add button on the Checkr card to get started.
- On the pop-up screen, click the blue Setup button.
- Review the information about Checkr and click "Connect".
- A new window will pop up where you have the option to log in to your current account or set up a new one.
- If you have an existing account, click the green Sign In button and it will bring you to the Checkr login screen.
- If you don't have an account yet, click "Setup a Checkr Account" and you will be prompted to provide your contact and business information in order to complete the sign-up process.
- If you have an existing account, click the green Sign In button and it will bring you to the Checkr login screen.
⚠️ Note: If you are signing up with Checkr for the first time, the associated workflow template will not be imported until the account is credentialed by Checkr. Please follow up with Checkr if you do not see the Background Check template after 24 hours.
