Need to add your company's billing information and a bank account or credit card to pay an invoice? Check out the steps below.
1. Login to GoCo & Access your Company Billing Information in 2 Different Ways
Option 1: Existing Company Billing Information is NOT in GoCo
If you are a new client and your Company's Billing Information has never been entered, you will see a banner at the top of the company page notifying you to "add your billing info". Click on this link to begin the process.
You will be directed to update your billing info. Complete this information and then GoCo will take you to the next tab, Payment Method.
Here you will be asked to select either a Bank Account or a Credit Card. Make your selection & then skip to step 2 here.
Option 2: Company Billing Information is already in GoCo
If you are an existing client and your Company's Billing Information is already in GoCo, then you will simply login to your GoCo Account and scroll down on your Company Homepage to find the the card that reads "Company Billing" & Select the "View" button.
The billing page is broken up into 3 sections Subscription, Billing Information, & Payment Methods. Scroll down to Payment Methods section & click on "+ Add Payment Method"
2. Input your payment method
GoCo allows you to input either a Bank Account or a Credit Card on file for your Monthly Fees. Keep reading to learn about the Bank Account Method, click here to skip ahead to the Credit Card Method.
Bank Account Method
Fill out all required Fields, once you are finished hit the blue "Add Bank Account" Button.
You will then see the following confirmation message pop up letting you know that your Bank Information has successfully been added & follow up instructions.
GoCo will then make two small deposits into the linked Bank Account within the next 2-3 business days. Hit the blue "Got It" button to confirm that you have read this & will return later.
Once you've received your Micro Deposits, log back into your GoCo account & here you should see a banner at the top of your screen asking you to verify your bank account.
You will click on this & a pop up window will appear asking for you to input the amounts deposited to your account. Input these amounts & hit the blue "Verify Bank Account" button at the bottom of the pop-up.
Once this has been completed, you are all set! Your account is now linked to GoCo and will be used for all billing.
Credit Card Method
Fill out all required Fields, once you are finished hit the blue "Add Credit Card" Button.
Once this has been completed, you are good to go! Your Credit Card is now linked to GoCo and will be used for all billing.
