How to Reconcile Your Invoice with Your GoCo Subscription Services

From your GoCo Company Dashboard, click on Company Billing at the bottom left.

You will see a screen layout similar to this example:

If you click on the most recent invoice at the bottom of the page, it would look similar to this depending on the services you subscribed to:

To reconcile your invoice to your contracted services, would look like the following:

Premium HR Subscription states: (reference #1)

  • $99 base fee + $5 per employee/per month (PEPM)

Premium HR from Invoice states: (reference #1)

  • Premium = 120 EEs x $5.00/mo = $600 month
  • Base Fee = $99.00 per month (reference #1)

Time Tracking Subscription states: (reference #2)

  • $3.00 PEPM 

Time Tracking from Invoice states: reference #2)

  • 55 EEs x $3.00/mo = $165.00 month

Auto Payroll Sync Subscription states: (reference #3)

  • $3.00 PEPM 

Auto Payroll Sync from Invoice states: (reference #3)

  • 120 EEs x $3.00/month = $360.00 month

Benefit Administration Subscription states: (reference #4)

  • $5.00 PEPM

Benefit Administration from Invoice states: (reference #4)

  • 120 EEs x $5.00/month = $600.00 month

Advanced Time Off Subscription states: (reference #5)

  • $3.00 PEPM

Advanced Time Off from Invoice states: (reference #5)

  • 120 EEs x /43.00 = $360.00 month

Total Invoice Equals the Sum of All Monthly Charges + Base Fee

  • Base Fee = $99
  • Time Tracking = $165.00
  • Premium HR = $600.00
  • Payroll Sync = $360.00
  • Benefit Admin = $600.00
  • Advanced PTO = $360.00

Total of Invoice = $2184.00
