For Former Gusto Payroll Clients
If you were previously a Gusto payroll client using GoCo, any payroll-related questions or needs must be directed to support@gusto.com. This includes requests such as:
- Accessing or retrieving tax reports
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Addressing any payroll-specific concerns
The Gusto team will be able to assist you directly with these matters.
For Non-Payroll-Related Assistance
For non-payroll-related support, our team is still here to help! Please email support@goco.io with specific details about your request. Some common scenarios where we can assist include:

A Friendly Reminder About Data Retention
To protect your data and ensure compliance with our retention policies, all information tied to your GoCo account will be permanently deleted two years after your account is deactivated. We strongly encourage you to download and store any important documents or reports before this time.
