How to Duplicate Documents within and across Companies!

Do you have a beautiful offer letter that you want to reuse for different employees? Or have multiple companies in GoCo and looking for an easy way to duplicate your document templates across them? Keep reading to find out how!

Duplicating a Document 

Login into GoCo as a Full Access Administrator and navigate to your Documents app, either from the navigation tabs on the left side of the screen or from the card on your Company page.

In your Documents app, choose the document you would like to duplicate and hit the ellipses button next to it.

From the options that appear, click on the "Duplicate Document" button.

A pop-out will appear, depending on your setup you may see additional options here. If you have access to multiple companies, you will be able to select which company you want to copy your document to. You can also rename what this document will be labeled as. Once you've made your selections, hit the "Duplicate" button!

Ta-da! Your document has been duplicated! 🎉

If you've copied to another company, you will see your new document in that company's Document section. You can now start editing the document & and sending it out to employees.
