      How do I read my pay stub as an employee?

      Using GoCo's embedded payroll system and need to download and view your paystub? Keep reading to learn more!

      If you're using GoCo's embedded payroll system, Gusto, you should see a card on your GoCo employee profile labeled Paystubs.

      Click on the arrow to expand the card and select View on the paystub you'd like to download and review.

      Once downloaded you will receive a PDF version of your paystub like the example below.

      Note: if employees have two paychecks on the same day, to see both paystubs they need to scroll down (it will be 1 file with 2 pages)
       

      There are several sections to be aware of that break down the details of your paystub. 

      • Employee Details 
      • Tax Status 
      • Earnings (regular pay, overtime, bonus/commissions, etc.) Current and YTD
      • Taxes (Federal withholding, state withholding, Social Security, etc.)
        • If you elected to have additional withholding taken from your paycheck, these amounts will be reflected in the "Current" amount taken for said tax.
      • Deductions & Memos (Insurance deductions and employer contributions) Current & YTD 
      • Accounts Deposited 
      • Available Leave Totals 
      • Company Memos & Private Memos
