GoCo's Spaces FAQ

Here are some quick FAQs for our new spaces feature!

• What are Spaces?

  • Spaces serve as modular pages that allow HR Administrators to drag and drop, rearrange, and customize widgets to create an experience that reflects their unique mission, brand, and message.

• Who can use Spaces?
  • Managers and Full Access Admins can access/see spaces. FAAs have default permissions to build BUT can give Managers full access to spaces to be able to build/edit.
    
• Will there be any updates to spaces to add HTML snippets, more GoCo apps, etc.?
  
  • Coming soon: Hiring Workflows! If there's more you want to see, provide that feedback so we can continue to evolve the product!
• Would I be able to set permissions up for an external user to view my spaces?
  • As of right now, unless a user is a manager or Full Access Admin, they will not be able to access Spaces. 
• Can employees see spaces?
  • Not at this time, stay tuned for updates!
• Can I suggest a template for the marketplace?
  • Yes, you can! In the marketplace, there is a form “request a new app/template” where they can submit requests.
