Admins now have the option to “Ask AI” for help when creating magic documents from scratch. For example, say you need help writing a job description or a written warning to your employees. Ask AI can create this for you!
- To get started navigate to your Documents app as normal and click the blue "+New" button at the top right of the page.
- Next, select "Document" and categorize it.
- Select "Create New" to begin creating a document from scratch and complete the required fields to continue to the Prepare tab.
- Once in the Prepare tab notice the "Ask AI" button to the far left of the toolbar.
- Once selected a dialog box will appear. Provide a detailed response on what you would like AI to create for you and click "Create".
- & Viola! ✨ AI has provided you with a template! Here you can choose to "View another" or "Insert" the template.
- After you have inserted your template, notice that some templates will have brackets located in the text. This is GoCo showing you where you can add our magic fields!
- Simply highlight the text and begin adding your magic fields!
🚨 All AI outputs are limited and AI continues to be an area of rapid research and development. Limitations in AI as a whole can be attributed to many different causes, including but not limited to: narrow inputs, systemic biases, limited quantity of training or test data, or poor quality of training or test data.
As a consequence, Ask AI:

may output incorrect information.

may output harmful content when prompted.

may not know about recent events occurring in the last 6-12 months and may output inaccurate or outdated results.

may contain bias and output biased responses.
Please keep this in mind and remember to ALWAYS proofread before publishing AI-generated Documents to your Company.
9. Once complete hit "Publish" and just like that AI helped create a document template for you!

- Is Document AI an extra cost?
No! If you have Documents just click "Create New' and you'll see the feature in the toolbar! ✨
- Can I, as an admin, download the blank templates created by AI?
No, however, once a document has been sent and completed by your employees, you can download that instance.
