Can my employees see the Open Enrollment banner on their profile?

If you are wondering if your employees are seeing this enrollment banner on their profile, keep reading!

If your company has an Open Enrollment coming up, as an FAA, you may see this banner on your employees profiles, and wonder if the employees are seeing the same thing (especially if you are not yet within the enrollment window). 

Don't panic! Employees will not see this banner until the enrollment has officially opened. Only the FAA will see this prior to the window opening. We understand that seeing this banner can be a bit misleading, but you can always confirm what your employees are seeing on their end by utilizing our “View As” feature.
