What Partner Level Benefit Reports can I pull?

Managing benefits for multiple clients can be challenging, but GoCo's reporting capabilities make it easy. Check out this help article to learn what reports are available in GoCo & how to access them. 

How to Navigate to your Partner Reports

From the All Client Dashboard, either use the navigation tabs on the left side of your screen or-Screenshot 2024-07-29 at 3.59.02 PM

Use the Reports widget on your dashboard to be taken to your Company Reports.

Screenshot 2024-07-29 at 5.04.00 PMWhen you click into a report, you will see three different report categories: Premiums, Companies, & Employees.

Now simply select your report type & input the required information that is needed to generate your report. For example, for the Total Premiums Report, you'll be asked for a date range, benefit lines, carriers, companies, how you would like to break down your report.

Once you're ready, hit "Generate Report".

Once your report is generated, it will be available for download.

Report Types

  • Total Premiums
    • View premiums for all of your team's managed companies, by benefit line, carrier, and company
  • Open Enrollment Status
    • View the open enrollment statuses for all companies
  • Renewal Health 
    • View active policies as of a specific date with their renewal status
  • Company Rundown
    • View important details on the entirety of your team's managed companies
  • Enrollments 
    • View all enrollments for your managed companies
