How do I use my Benefits Module in GoCo?

Curious about the various tabs in your Benefits Module on GoCo? Don't worry, we've got you covered! Keep reading to learn more about what each tab does and how it can benefit you.

How do I get to my Benefits Module? 

From your Company Home page, find either the Benefits navigation tab on the left side of your screen or find the card that reads Benefits & click on the "View" button.

You will now be taken to your Benefits Module, so let's go over all the tabs and information you can access here as a Full Access Admin.

Overview Tab

You will first be taken to your "Overview" page. Here you will find things like your "Summary" of Benefits overall.

Here is where you can see a breakdown of your Monthly Benefit Cost:

& your Eligible Member Participation (hint - you can use these arrows to see more benefit lines that you offer to your employees):

You can also switch over to your "Plans" tab to view all of your active lines & details. You can click on any of these lines to view its settings.

To make changes to these settings, please reach out to your Client Success Specialist or Platform Implementer at GoCo.

Switch over to your "Eligibility" tab to view the requirements that you have set up for each of your benefit lines. This will include all of your different Employee classes, such as New Hires and Everyone.

Take a look at your "Contributions" tab to see the breakdown of what you are contributing as a company to each plan.

Your "Members" tab will show you who currently has coverage, what benefits each member is enrolled in, & their monthly benefit cost. On this page you can search for a specific enrollee & even choose to view their dependents.

Lastly in your Overview tab you can see all of your "Benefit Lines" at a glance! You can see Enrolled vs. Waived vs. Not Eligible participants, your effective Dates, & your Monthly Benefit Costs.

With all sections in your Overview tab, you have the option to only view the information as of a certain date using the filtering tab on the top right side of your screen.

Now let's talk about your Policies tab! This is where you can view all of your Benefit Policies including your inactive & active policies, previous plans you've offered that are no longer in effect, and policies that are still in draft mode.

You can click on the "View" button next to any of these lines to see it's details.

In this screen you will be able to view details such as basic Line Information. To make changes, such as editing your "Eligible Employment Types" are not available to update on your own so you will need to reach out to your GoCo team for assistance.

Open Enrollments

You can view all current & previous open enrollments and their progress. If you are a Full Access Admin, then all information in this section is read-only, to make any changes you will need to contact your GoCo administrator. If you are a Benefit Processor then you may have further access.

Hint: You can click the "View" button next to any enrollment to view more in depth details like who has enrolled in or waived their benefits.

Forms 

Here you can view your EOI & Carrier Forms. To make changes you will need to reach out to your GoCo Admin.

Preview

This section is where you find all of your Benefit Preview Links. You can share these with potential new hires or post to job boards to allow others to preview the benefits your company offers.

Settings

Lastly, in your Benefits Module, you can review your settings.

At the bottom of the settings page, you can find the Benefit Email Reminders section. If you want to turn off the reminders or add a Benefit Summary to the email, simply reach out to your Client Success Team for assistance. They will make the changes for you.
