Who has permissions to manage the billing for the company?

The following permission roles will have access to manage the billing for the company:

- Full-Access HR Admins

- Limited-Access HR Admins with Manage Billing

- Partner users with access to the company

Managing billing includes:

- Changing the plan (upgrade or downgrading)

- Editing Billing Info (billing contact email and address)

- Edit Payment Methods (add or remove payment methods)

- Viewing / downloading invoices
