What should you consider Sensitive Information?

With our Permissions app, there's so much flexibility that you may want to draw your attention to the following field types.

Here is what may be considered sensitive information:

• Social security numbers
• Direct Deposit Information
• Tax withholding
• Contact Information
• Emergency Contacts
• Compensation
• Start Date
• Benefit Information (including dependent info)
• Custom Fields & data within certain documents

You can now customize fields, sections, and modules and determine what access you want them to have. If an admin/user does not have access to certain information, it will also be redacted in reports.
