What fields does GoCo sync with ADP Workforce Now?

GoCo will allow you to automatically sync changes ADP Workforce Now with a click of a button. 

Most fields can be synced automatically, however, there are some fields that cannot be synced due to limitations with the current payroll APIs.

Fields that CAN be automatically synced to ADP Workforce Now
The following employee fields can be synced automatically from GoCo to ADP Workforce Now using Payroll Sync:

  • Legal First Name
  • Legal Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Email
  • Address (Line 1 & 2, City, State, Zip Code)
  • Phone
  • Wage Type 
  • Wage Rate
  • Employment Type (the employment types mapped on GoCo will be synced to ADP Worker Type Codes on ADP)
  • Benefit Deductions (the deductions codes mapped on GoCo will be synced to ADP)

 

Fields that CANNOT be automatically synced to ADP Workforce Now but WILL be synced manually by GoCo
Currently, these fields and data cannot be automatically synced to ADP Workforce Now but GoCo will sync them manually:

  • Federal / State Tax Withholdings
  • Primary & Secondary Direct Deposit Bank Accounts (primary and secondary account codes will need to be mapped to ADP)
  • Terminations (You will have the option to have employees terminated the same pay period as their termination or the pay period after.)
  • Work Locations
  • Departments

 

Fields that CANNOT be automatically synced to ADP Workforce Now and CANNOT be synced manually by GoCo

Unfortunately these changes are not currently supported by the ADP Workforce Now API and the GoCo team will not have all of the information needed to update these fields. You will be responsible for syncing these changes to your payroll:

  • Time Off data (requests, balances etc)
  • Benefit Enrollments (GoCo only syncs the deductions necessary for payroll)
  • ACA Compliance
