Can I remind new hires to start onboarding?
Yes! With our GoCo reminders, you can easily remind your employees to sign into GoCo and start onboarding. Keep reading to find out how!
To send a reminder, start by accessing the Teams App from the left side menu. Then click on the Invites tab at the top of the page.
In your Invites tab, you will see a section labeled "Invited". Locate the employee you want to remind & hit the ellipses button to display more options. Now simply hit the "Send Reminder" button.
GoCo will redirect you to customize your reminder message. (This feature is only available to users who have Messages enabled.)
Once you're ready just hit Send Message. You will be taken back to the Invites page where you will see confirmation that your message has been sent.
You can also send reminders from the employee's profile by hitting the blue "Send Reminder" button at the top of the page.
