An admin has full access to your company. They can hire and fire employees. They can see your team's birthdays, compensation, documents, etc. They can access all your reports.
You can give or take away someone's admin privileges if you yourself have admin privileges. To do that, follow these steps:
- Login to GoCo using an admin account with full access privileges
- Go to the Team and then the Permissions tab
- Click the +Add an Admin link
- Select who you want to make an admin, and set what they have access to
- Click Save
