If you're not able to submit a time off request in GoCo once you're logged in it's likely due to one of these reasons:
- You're company doesn't have a time off policy set-up in GoCo.
- You're company has a waiting period for their time off policy set-up within GoCo.
- You're not eligible for your company's time off policy in GoCo.
Check with your manager and/or company admin and they'll be able to let you know what's going on.
