It takes 1-2 weeks from the time your account is setup on Accrue to receive your card in the mail.
If you've had online access to your Accrue account for 2 weeks and still don't have your card:
- Double-check your mail. For security purposes, your FSA / HSA / Commuter Benefits card will come in an unmarked envelope so it's easy to miss!
- If you're sure you didn't get your card, you can call (888) 882-1498 or email email@example.com to request a new card.
If you don't have online access yet, your account is still being setup. Please reach out to the person at your company that's managing benefits.
