Did you try to pay for a qualified medical expense or commuter benefit and your Accrue card got rejected?
That happens because the card can only be accepted for certain products/providers. While Accrue tries to allow a transaction for every qualified product / provider, some products and providers might slip through the cracks.
If that happens, just call (888) 882-1498 and an Accrue representative can issue a manual override right on the phone so the transaction can go through.
Alternatively, they can pay out of pocket and then login to your Accrue account to submit a reimbursement form (see attached).
