Go to the employees profile and follow the instructions below:
- Click on "Employment and Compensation" card and click "Edit".
- Go to the "Employment Type" section and choose the new selection from the dropdown then "Save".
If this change allows the employee to be eligible for benefits, when they log in, they'll see the enrollment window for the benefits they're eligible to enroll in.
If this is a demotion and the employee is no longer eligible, we'll take care of the disenrollment with the carrier. If GoCo manages your state continuation or COBRA, we'll do that too.
