What is a Section 125 plan?

A Section 125 plan, also known as a cafeteria plan, allows employees to pay for certain eligible benefits, such as health insurance premiums, using pre-tax dollars. A Premium Only Plan (POP) is a common type of Section 125 plan.

Does GoCo provide Section 125 plans?

GoCo does not provide or administer Section 125 plans. Employers are responsible for establishing and maintaining their own Section 125 plan through a qualified third-party administrator (TPA), benefits broker, or other provider.
