GoCo does not round the time of day you clock in. Instead, it rounds how long you were clocked in for.
Example:
If you clocked in at 8:32 AM and clocked out at 11:45 AM - the duration between those two entries would be 3 hours and 13 minutes.
The Rounding Rules impact the 3 hours and 13 minutes, NOT the time in/out. So rounding to the nearest 15 minutes, in this case, would pay out for 3 hours and 15 minutes, versus 3 hours and 13 minutes.
