Navigating the Teams Page in GoCo

The Teams Page in GoCo helps you view your company’s team structure, find coworkers, and access key information about your team. While admins have full access, employees and managers have a limited view based on company settings.

What You Can Access on the Teams Page

1. Directory

• A list of active employees in your organization.
• View is limited to only showing names & job titles without personal details.
• Filter options include:
  • Sorting by First Name, Last Name, Job Title
  • A to Z or Z to A

2. Org Chart

• View a visual representation of your company’s hierarchy.
• Understand who reports to whom and how teams are structured.
• If enabled by your company, you can download the org chart.

Additional Tools for Easy Navigation

• Search Bar: Quickly find coworkers by name or role.
• Filters: Adjust your view to focus on relevant teams.
• Grid vs. Card View: Click the grid button to switch between display formats.

3. Team Widget (Homepage View)

In addition to the Team App, you also have access to the Team Widget, located on your GoCo Home. The Team Widget provides quick access to your team.

• By default, it shows "My Department", but you can filter by:
  • My Department
  • My Direct Reports (for managers)
  • All Employees (if permissions allow)
• Click the filter dropdown to refine your view based on your needs.

The Teams Page helps you stay connected with your coworkers, understand team structures, and find information easily. Whether you’re looking for a teammate or checking reporting relationships, this page keeps everything organized in one place.
