- Access Your Review Task: You'll receive a notification in your GoCo inbox to complete your portion of Laurice's performance review. Upon clicking on the task, you'll see the Compensation Change Request wizard embedded right there.
- Initiate the Change: Tap "Request Change" within the wizard. This action will open a focused view, pre-filtered to Laurice, with a slide-out panel for you to easily make your change request.
- Input the Details:
- If you're proposing a wage change, you'll see helpful reminders displaying the current wage rate and the percentage difference based on your proposed change. This provides immediate context for your decision!
- Carefully enter all the necessary details for the compensation or employment change.
